Note: There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer.

Description Of Subjects:

Numerical Ability : The question’s will be designed to test the ability for the appropriate use for the numbers & number sense for the the candidate. The scope for the the test will be computation for the whole numbers, decimals ,fractions & relationships between numbers, Percentage. Ratio & Proportion,Square roots, Averages, Interest, Profit & Loss, Discount, Partnership Business, Mixture & Allegation, Time & distance, Time & Work, Basic algebraic identities for the School.

English Language : candidate’s’ ability to understand correct English, his basic comprehension & writing ability, etc. would be tested. Questions will be depends on on will be depends on on spot the error, fill in the blanks, synonyms, antonyms, spelling/detecting mis-spelt words, idioms & phrases, one word substitution, improvement for the sentences.

General Intelligence : It would involve question’s for the both verbal & non-verbal type. This component can involve question’s on analogies, similarities & differences, space visualization, spatial orientation, problem solving, study, judgment, decision making, visual memory, discrimination, observation, relationship concepts, arithmetical reasoning & figural classification, arithmetic number series, non-verbal series.

General Awareness : Questions in this component will be aimed at testing the candidates general awareness for the the environment around him & its software to society. Questions will also be designed to test knowledge for the current events & for the such matters for the every day observations & experience in your scientific aspect as can be expected for the any educated person. The test will also involve question’s relating to India & its neighboring countries especially pertaining History, Culture, Geography, Economic Scene, General Policy & Scientific Research.

Stenography Test

Stenography test for the Qualifying Nature for 10 minutes with a speed for the 80 words per minute in English or Hindi & transcription for the the same on computer for one hour.

Computer Skill Test

The candidates will have to attend for Computer Skill Test for the Qualifying Nature either in English or in Hindi language as such they are advised to opt of medium for the examination carefully for Computer Skill Test in the software form. The Computer Skill Test shall comprise for the following three parts:

Part APreparation for the two Power Point Presentations/Slides on MS-Power Point-10 Marks.
Part BTyping a letter/passage/paragraph for the about 150-200 words in MS-Word-20 Marks.
Part C: Preparation for the Table/Database in MS-Excel-20 Marks.

The total marks for the the Computer Skill Test shall be 50 (fifty) with duration for the 30 minutes for completing all the three  parts. The candidates shall be provided the text/matter in the Question Paper which they have to type/reproduce in the Answer Sheet involving formatting for the text & use for the formula etc. as per instruction provided in the Question Book.
