About Kerala TET-: Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test known as TET is an state entrance examination for teachers. the test is mandatory for getting jobs in government Rajkiya Vidyalaya to teach a poor children for class 1 to 12 to make a bright future of the student and convey their knowledge to make a nation developed. It is conducted by both Central government and State governments in India. Most states conduct their own TET.
Kerala TET Notification 2015
Eligibility criteria:- The tests will be divided into four categories – Category I, Category II , Category III & Category IV. All individuals, who possess minimum educational qualifications as categorized for different category. they are eligible to appear in entrance exam for Kerala CTET.
- Those who intends to be a teacher for Lower Primary classes and fulfills the minimum educational qualification Category I.
- Those who intends to be a teacher for Upper Primary classes and fulfills the minimum qualification Category II.
- Those who intends to be a teacher for High School classes and fulfill the minimum qualification Category III.
- Those who intends to be a language teacher up to Upper Primary classes and fulfills the minimum qualification. For Specialist teachers and Physical Education teachers, K-TET is applicable up to High School level Category IV.
Scheme of paper
There will be only one paper in this category. All questions will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) with four alternative answer out of which one will be the correct answer. Each question carries one mark.The total number of MCQs should be 150.

APPLICATION FEE:- The Exam fee for each category is ₹ 500/- . The fee for SC/ST and differently able categories is ₹ 250/- . Candidates have to remit the Exam Fee in cash in the Account No. 67186142559 Kerala TET, in favor of the Director, SCERT, Poojappura, Thiruvananthapuram at the select branches of State Bank of Travancore.
Admit card:- The Admit Card for all eligible candidates will be available in the website of Pareeksha Bhavan from the date which will be announced later through notification in print and electronic media and in the website of Pareeksha Bhavan. HOW TO APPLY:- Candidates may apply online for the application through the website Kerala TET website. Candidate should have to fill the form very carefully and read the Kerala TET notification carefully before filling the form. Candidates have to upload scanned photo and scanned signature on the application form with the relevant document and submit the application form on the official website Kerala TET.
